The control point at the center of the circular area specifies the pivot point or the center of the circular area. Two control points will then become available. You can continue to adjust the size of the rectangle by clicking on either of the 2 orange control points which will allow you to adjust the rectangle’s orientation and size. You can increase the width of the rectangle at any point during this process by adjusting the Width slider located below the 3 selection tools. When you finally click to specify the length of the rectangular area some proxy assets will appear within that specified area.
